Finally Fiber Customer App • iPhone

Let's install the app on your iPhone.

Follow these easy steps, one at a time. We'll show you exactly which buttons to tap and what you'll see next.

✓ No App Store download   ✓ No password to create

Read these steps first.

When you're ready, use the large Open Finally Fiber App & Begin Installation button at the bottom of this page. It opens the Finally Fiber app website. If the page opens in a browser other than Safari, open Safari and type app.finallyfiber.net instead.

1Open the app website

Tap the installation button at the bottom of this page.

The Finally Fiber app website will open. Make sure you are using Safari before continuing. If needed, open Safari and type app.finallyfiber.net.

Don't worry if you see the app's sign-in or verification screen. Do not fill anything out yet. First, follow the next steps to install the app on your phone.

7Verify your location

Now identify your Finally Fiber service location.

The app will ask you to select your property, enter your unit number, and type the last name on your Finally Fiber service account.

After the app verifies your location, enter your own name when asked.

You do not need to create an email login or password. Other household members may install the app on their phones too.

Ready? Let's get your app installed.

You've seen the steps. Tap below to open the Finally Fiber app website and begin. If it opens in another browser, open Safari and enter app.finallyfiber.net.

Open Finally Fiber App & Begin Installation →

This opens the actual app website. Follow the numbered instructions above.

Need a little help?

I don't see the three dots.

Some Safari layouts show the Share button directly. Look for the square with the upward arrow and tap it to reach the same Share menu.

I can't find “Add to Home Screen.”

Scroll farther down in the Share menu. If it still isn't there, look for Edit Actions near the bottom and add Add to Home Screen.

What if the app doesn't send alerts?

Open the Finally Fiber icon, confirm you've enabled notifications in the app, then check iPhone Settings → Notifications → Finally Fiber and allow notifications.
